Suzanne Bryant is Founder and Creator of Yoga IS, an online streaming platform featuring classes and interviews with the world’s leading teachers in yoga, meditation and wellness. Suzanne is the filmmaker of the acclaimed film 'Yoga IS A Transformational Journey', released with Magnolia Pictures and available on amazon, iTunes, Netflix, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy, Whole Foods and more. Suzanne is a former journalist with 60 Minutes II.  

Currently, Suzanne is CEO of her Yoga IS platform and Corporate Wellness and Mindfulness Programs as well as individual executive wellness coaching. Her passionate is to help teams and individuals overcome obstacles and learn more productive, healthy and fulfilling lives. Some of Suzanne’s corporate clients include Oracle, Red Bull, UCSF, and Ergomotion amongst many others. Her work has been featured in publications such as Forbes, Huffington Post, Health, NPR, TEDx, Fitness, Yoga Journal, Mantra Magazine, Origins and more. 

Suzanne has her BA in Journalism from New York University, her MA in Spiritual Psychology, and is a certified yoga instructor, certified meditation and mindfulness teacher, and also has a certification in brain nutrition.
