Being The Agent Of Your Own Enoughness
There is a deep conditioning in our culture of constantly needing to prove ourselves. How often have we turned to external validation to determine our self worth? La Sarmiento will share how the empowering practices of mindfulness and self-compassion transformed feelings of insecurity and doubt into a deeper sense of trust and self-acceptance.
In This Session:
- Understanding what messages we internalize that create a sense of unworthiness
- Recognizing when coping strategies and defense mechanisms no longer work
- Cultivating the courage and willingness to begin truly know and accept who we are to discern and to trust that we are enough
